SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

1. Orders under 800kgs requiring delivery are subject to a flat delivery rate of R750.

2. Orders over 800kgs requiring delivery will have transport quoted separately.

3. Orders are subject to a delivery turnaround time of 7-10 days.

4. Orders for collection are subject to a turnaround time of 3-5 days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Goods correctly supplied and delivered are not returnable or refundable.

2. Goods incorrectly supplied (not matching the invoice) will be collected and replaced within 5-7 days.

3. Orders that have been paid for but not collected may be refunded subject to a refund fee of 15%. These may also be exchanged for other goods at no additional charge.
