1. Its easy. All you do is select the quantity and description of the product that you desire.
If you are selecting multiple items:
2. For the next product simply repeat the process followed in step 1. The products will automatically be added to your cart with a total amount tallying in the background.
3. Once completed and satisfied with your quantities click on the top right corner with the basket icon and select "checkout".
4. This will lead you to the payment portal where you will select your desired payment method within the relevant payment gateway. (We currently use YOCO)
Delivery is determined by two factors:
Your location. Our collection points are in Durban, Cape Town and Johannesburg.
Your selected items and their weight and volume. Where the volume requires a truck we will do a separate quote for a truck based on your order and location.
Unfortunately since our items can vary in volume and weight we can only quote for delivery offline.
We have collection points in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg.
After placing your order and making payment please allow 3-5 days to prepare and process your order.
When collecting you will require to bring your I.D as well as Purchase Invoice.
Staff will assist you with loading your transportation.

No collection can be made without confirmation that order is ready for collection.
1. No. Products that have been correctly supplied and collected cannot be returned.
2. Items that have not yet been collected or delivered are subject to a refund which will be subject to a 15% handling fee.
3. Yes. Items that have been incorrectly supplied (not according to the specification on the invoice) may be returned and will be exchanged for the correct specification.
All wire and fencing products have a 3 year standard guarantee.
All electric products including energizers and gate motors and cameras are subject to a 12 month guarantee.
Guarantees are also subject to installation by qualified installers.
Where the product rusts due to poor maintenance or fires the guarantees will not be honoured.
It is essential that only qualified or experienced installers are used in order to ensure that guarantees are honoured.
